Aging and Disability Resource Centers

Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs) were developed through a partnership between the Administration on Aging (AOA)/Administration for Community Living (ACL), and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The overall goal of the ADRC Program is to empower individuals to effectively navigate services and supports options to make informed choices, to streamline access to services and supports and organize a long-term support system.
