FCCLA & Businesses  Bring “Arrive Alive”  Simulator
AN "ARRIVE ALIVE" driving simulator was in Scobey courtesy of the local FCCLA organization, Montana De -partment of Transportation and area businesses Friday, February 24. The simulator helps with awareness of what can happen while driving distracted or under the influence, simulating effects without the real life con -sequences. The simulator was set up at the Scobey School industrial arts shop.

Three Scobey students, Kinsey Anderson, Emmie Fishell, and Sophia Handran have been working on a Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) project to increase awareness concerning Distracted Driving Prevention.

They wrote and received grant funding from the Montana Department of Transportation for an Arrive Alive Simulator presentation. They also received money to purchase wrist bands, l...
