County Census Should Increase, Statistics Show–

Statistics for the year at the Clerk and Recorder’s Office show that 109 babies were born in Daniels County during 1947. This increase in population was counteracted by only 32 deaths. Hopes for further increases are also optimistic as 51 marriage licenses were issued and only nine divorces granted.
