Dear Editor:

To the Scobey School Community: A very important community topic will be discussed and possibly decided on Thursday evening, January 5, 2023. Will our school adopt a four day school week? Many people have opinions, many do not.

As a 42 year veteran of education as a German/French teacher, school counselor K-12 and a school psychologist K-12, I would like to share my opinion. 31 years of my teaching career was in Scobey schools after graduating from SHS in '73. I finished my last 11 years in my teaching career with the Department of Defense Schools working overseas in Japan and Germany on American military bases.
