CROSS COUNTRY - 'Old timers', coaches tackle Frazer course: After the elementary, middle school and high school girls' and boys' races were completed at the Frazer Classic on Tuesday, October 4, there was still one race left to go — the coaches/ old timers race. The 1.5-mile run featured 10 competitors, including cross country coaches Chance Hyatt of Culbertson-Bainville and Cole Baker of Wolf Point plus Frazer Activities Director Cody Larson. Hyatt, a 2-time Montana Class C state cross country champion, was the winner of the race. The idea for the old-timers race came from Melanie Blount-Cole, Frazer Superintendent of Schools.

VOLLEYBALL - She's now a Cowgirl: Jazzmin Fugere, a former Scobey Spartan, is on the roster of the Culbertson Cowgirls (8-5 1C, 11-6 overall), who are sitting in sixth place in the District 1C standings.
