BASKETBALL - He's headed to another Hall of Fame: He's already in the Montana Coaches Hall of Fame, inducted in 2006, and the National High School Athletic Coaches Association Hall of Fame (2012) and now Cary Veis (SHS '72) is set to be in ducted into another HOF. Miles Community College of Miles City, Montana, where Veis played hoops from 1972-74, recently announced its latest class of inductees and the Scobey native is on the list. In addition to Veis, also to be inducted are: baseball's Nate Herbig; basketball's Sarina (nee: Green) Venable, who played her prep hoops with the East C Division's Whitewater Penguins and took them deep into the state tournament's final standings; rodeo's Lloyd Ketchum; the 1995-96 women's basketball team under coach Dennis Lordemann, of which Sarina Green was on the roster.
