We happened to read an interesting item (which has nothing to do with the new local brewery, Pleasant Prairie Brewing) about how many breweries are producing hard seltzers. The that caught our eye was down right weird . . . a 5.2-percent-ABV hard seltzer, made with the leftover water from 52 pounds of boiled frankfurters!

The name, “Awesome Sauce: Bun Length.” According to the brewer in an interview with the Dallas Morning News, “The results will apparently taste exactly like it sounds: a boozy hot dog.”
