Pete Karlsrud Seriously

Hurt in Auto Crash–

Mrs. Karlsrud was able to bear up under a serious shock Saturday night when she learned her husband, Peter Karlsrud, long time manager of the Farmers elevator in Scobey, was in the hospital at Jamestown, N.D., as the result of an automobile accident that evening near there while enroute home from Minneapolis. The accident was due to a tire blow out with the result that the car left the road and went over an embankment. Mr. Karlsrud was driving a 1942 Studebaker. He suffered a broken collar-bone, a bad scalp wound and cuts and bruises on the legs.
