Support Your Favorites In Hospital Queen Contest–

Daniels County has made a national name for itself buying war bonds, raising wheat, purebred cattle, and being friendly. Until now it has seldom stressed the beauty of its young ladies.

People of the county are being given an opportunity to pick a “Miss Daniels County” from the candidates and at the same time help raise necessary funds to start construction on the Daniels County Memorial Hospital.

Candidates are Mary Lou Tryan (Flaxville), Helen F. Kinley (Scobey), Lorraine M. Eide (Scobey), and Edna K. Grove (Peerless).

Manner of accomplishing this is on a $1-a-vote-basis, the votes go to candidates. Entrants in the contest are assured of a prize, to be paid out of the funds of the Scobey Saddle Club, sponsors of the event in cooperation ...
