Deaths On Montana Highways Reached 190 In Year 2020

 

The Montana Highway Patrol recently released its 2020 Annual Report.

“The Department of Justice has numerous responsibilities when it comes to keeping Montanans safe and protecting their rights,” wrote Attorney General Austin Knudsen in the introduction to the 46-page report. “As Attorney General, leading the Highway Patrol is one of my most important jobs, as our troopers continue the proud tradition and work to embody the core values of Service, Integrity, and Respect. The men and women of the Patrol are the most visible ambassadors of our department as they drive more than six million miles each year, interacting with thousands of Montanans and visitors to our great state along the way.”
