Hayes States Housing Need For Teachers–

Supt. George Hayes of Scobey Schools announced the tentative faculty roster for next term carried with a plea for adequate housing facilities for instructors.

Purchase of the residence just south of the school heating plant was made some time ago and is now being remodeled into apartments for teachers. This is filling only part of the need.

Half Million Bushels Shipped–

Farmers of Daniels County have sent more than 523,020 bushels of wheat on the way to starving people of other nations, according to latest figures released by the AAA office. Reports from elevators are still com- ing in and final tabulation will show some increase.
