Scobey Band, Chorus Rank Among Best–

Ninety-one musicians from Scobey participated in Glasgow Festival last Saturday, along with musicians from fifteen towns in northeastern Montana.

Instead of the usual 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc., system of judging, the groups were appraised by grades of proficiency. The local band and chorus, under the direction of Mr. Solberg were awarded a Class Two rating. Other groups also received this rating but it was the highest given any, and entitles those in that class to attend the regional festival at Billings this weekend. 225 Students Vaccinated–

Dr. T. W. Collinson, aided by a staff of helpers, Monday got out his needles and serums at Scobey schools and vaccinated 225 students against small pox. Library Tea Nets $100–
