State school revenues since the passage of House Bill No. 10 have decreased to the extent of $690,248 per year or a total of more than three million dollars for the six year period.

The schools of Montana have between four and five million acres of land from which they receive certain rentals from stockmen and farmers. 1n 1930 rentals for grazing land was 12¢ an acre, it is now renting for 6¢ an acre.
