When Their First Meet Might Be Nobody Knows

The Scobey High School golf teams were scheduled to be in the Poplar Invitational at Airport Golf Course in Wolf Point today (Thursday, April 1) but it was changed to Friday, April 16.

Next on the schedule for the Spartans is the Froid-Lake Invitational on the Plentywood Golf Course Saturday, April 10. It's still 10 days away and has al- ready been postponed.

So the initial action of the 2021 season for Scobey is the 16th (we think) at Wolf Point followed by the Wolf Point Invite on the 17th (maybe) and the Richey-Lambert Invite in Sidney on the 20th (perhaps).

Sometimes early spring weather and early spring high school golf meets just do not mix (we know!).
