Friday, February 26, Mikel P. Lund and I testified in person before the Senate Finance and Claims Committee in Helena regarding the burden of excessive State School Trust Lands in Daniels County. As a result of this 24% State School Trust Lands (most other counties have 6% or less), Daniels County cannot generate enough tax revenue to properly provide services to our taxpayers. To YOU!
