GOLF— New plan in play: Earlier this month the Montana High School Association put out a news release concerning Class C golf, which is played during the spring sports season in the state. At the 2020 Summer Class C Caucus a commitee was appointed to put a proposal together for the inclusion of a Divisional golf meet in Class C. The committee considted of Luke Kloker of Fairview, Myssie Sanders of Savage, Jeff Bellach of Manhattan Christian and Shawn Holmes of Seeley. The main reason behind moving to a divisional golf qualifying meet is the number of athletes that are qualifying for the state meet. As more and more schools add golf in Class C, more and more players are qualifying for the state meet. The maximum number of players that can comfortably be hosted at an 18-hole course in 120-130.
