MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DANIELS COUNTY, MONTANA, HELD DECEMBER 7, 8, AND 21, 2020.

December 7, 9 o’clock a.m.

The Board met in regular session, Commissioner Lund, Commissioner Humbert and Commissioner Linder were present with the clerk.

Commissioner Humbert made a motion to approve the agenda, Commissioner Lund seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

The Board recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Humbert made a motion to approve the November minutes, Commissioner Lund seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

JoAn Bjarko, Tammi Fladager and Jerod Nieskens met with the Board to present to the Board a quote from D & S Enterprises Custom Window Coverings for blinds for the District Court Office and Justice of the Peace Office.

After discussion, Commissioner Humbert made a motion to have D & S Enterprises Custom Window Coverings install new blinds in the District Court Office and Justice of the Peace Office, Commissioner Lund seconded the motion, two voted in favor, one voted against, motion passed.

Tony Thompson, Daniels Memorial Hospital Administrator, met with the Board to introduce himself and to let them know they would be doing the annual hospital board meeting virtually and there would be ballots mailed out to the community to vote on.

The Board approved November 30, 2020 payroll.

The Board reviewed the officer reports for November, 2020.

Board approved JV#s 8327 and 8328.

The Board approved the Treasurer’s Securities for November 2020.

The Commissioners reviewed and signed the CARES Act funding workplan from Action from Eastern Montana.
