missed: It was a very sad moment when looking over the January 7, 2021 issue of the Northern Plains Independent weekly newspaper based in Wolf Point.

On page six was the obituary of Harold Dean Blount of Frazer, Montana. Born in Brockton, he moved to Frazer at age five and graduated from there in 1956, joining the U.S. Navy that summer. He was a member of the tribal council for the Fort Peck Tribes (1967-87) and served on the Norval Electric board (1988-91). He was the business clerk at Frazer High School right up until his death on December 31, retiring twice only to be coaxed back because they truly needed him.
