Community Notification On Alleged Internet Sex Offender

On July 24, 2020, the

Daniels County Sheriff’s

Office was notified that the

Montana Attorney Gener-

al's Office had obtained an

arrest warrant for Benjamin Douglas Rickert, a resident

of Minnesota. He has been

charged with four felony offenses including sexual abuse of children and indecent exposure that involved a juvenile victim in Daniels County.
